How does LolSkinStore work?
Our process is designed to be as simple and user-friendly as possible:
- Make your order: Browse our selection and add your desired skins and/or loot to your cart. You can find almost every item in the game at up to 50% cheaper prices, including skins, champions, chests, orbs, and more! Once you’ve made your selection, proceed to checkout, fill in the required data, and make your payment.
- We prepare everything: We’ll send a friend request to your account right after payment. All you need to do is accept the friend request.
- You receive your items: Sit back and relax. Our automated system will send your order as a gift directly to your account. You don’t need to be online or do anything else, your items will arrive in your account in 7 days – that’s Riot rules, and there’s nothing we can do to make it faster.

Is LolSkinStore safe?
Absolutely! We prioritize your security and privacy. Our website uses strict security protocols when transmitting your payment data. We do not store any sensitive information on our servers, and we do not have access to your payment details.
All the RP we use in our service is either promotional or has been obtained from official resellers around the world. We also use RP directly obtained from the authorized reseller program known as Riot Access.
On which servers is your service available?
Our service is available on the main game servers, EU West, EU Nordic & East, and North America. We are constantly looking for opportunities to expand, so other servers may be added to this list soon.
Do you need to access my account to deliver the items?
No! We only need your Riot ID to add you to our friend list. Once you confirm it and the required time* has passed, you will receive the items you ordered as gifts!
*As per Riot Games requirements, we must wait for 7 days to deliver your order.
If I've ordered before, will you use the same account to send me new orders?
We are working on a system that will assign one of our accounts to send your orders for an extended period. This means that once one of our accounts is linked to yours, it will handle your future purchases, allowing you to receive items more quickly without the need to wait 7 days each time you order. This new feature will be available soon!
I can't find my server in the list!
We only offer service on EUW, EUNE, and NA servers. If your server is mentioned above and you do not find it in the list, it is likely under maintenance. It will be available again soon. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Can I gift someone the items they want?
Yes! In the details form, right before payment, enter the Riot ID of the person you want to receive the gift. You can also add a custom message that will appear before opening the gift. Finally, make sure that the person you want to receive the gift accepts the friend request they will receive on their account!

Which items can I buy at LolSkinStore?

- Hextech Chest + Keys packs
- Masterwork Chest + Keys packs
- Mystery Skins – will add random permanent skins to your inventory (no need for essence to make them permanent).
- Premium Mystery Skins – will add random +975 RP permanent skins to your inventory (no need for essence to make them permanent).
- Mystery Champions – will add random permanent champions to your inventory (no need for essence to make them permanent).
- Vision wards – added to your inventory.
- Rune pages – added to your inventory.
- Season passes.
- Summoner icons – added to your inventory.
Which items are not available to buy?
These are the items you can’t purchase in our shop:
- Legacy, prestige or victorious skins
- Chromas
- Clash tickets
- Skin or champion bundles
- Emotes
- Eternals
- Arena skins
- Boosts
- RP
Is there any limit on the purchase of items?
We do not limit the number of items you can buy, but please note that you can only receive ten gifts every 24 hours due to Riot’s restrictions.
Content packs, such as event orbs or Hextech chests, count as one gift. Therefore, you could receive up to 10 packages of 50 orbs each (which converts to 500 orbs) every 24 hours.
For skins or champions, each item counts as a gift.
If you order more than ten items, we will deliver them gradually over different days, taking into account Riot’s limits.
About the payment
How can I pay for the items?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can pay using Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and American Express cards. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Depending on your country, we may also accept Klarna and/or iDEAL.
I've made the payment, what now?
Once your payment is processed, we’ll send you an email containing your order information and a friend request. Please confirm this friend request as soon as possible. After that, you don’t need to do anything else. Our automated system will take care of everything and send your order as a gift directly to your account. You don’t need to be online or do anything else, your items will arrive in your account in 7 days – that’s Riot rules, and there’s nothing we can do to make it faster.

After the payment
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Usually, you’ll get your items in 7 days*. Sometimes, if we’re really busy, it might take a bit longer. But don’t worry, if for any reason we can’t deliver within 9 days, you’ll get a full refund for the undelivered items.
*This is a requirement set by Riot Games. There’s nothing we can do to avoid it, so we cannot deliver orders any sooner.
It's been over two days since my order is being processed. What's going on?
Riot Games recently updated their gifting policy. Now, players must be friends for at least 7 days before we can send a gift, whereas it used to only require 24 hours. This change means that, unlike before, orders will take a week to be delivered.
We understand this may be different from your past experience, and we appreciate your patience. We’ll keep you updated via email, and if you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us with your order number. We’re here to help!
I want a refund
We can issue refunds if your order is still processing. However, please note that we are unable to return items that have already been delivered.
I made a mistake when writing down my order details! Help!
If you made an error, make sure you do not accept our friend request (or remove our account from your friend list!) and contact us as soon as possible.
Please send us your corrected order information and attach your order number. Ensure everything is correct before sending it, as we can only change it once. After that, we will make the necessary changes and send you the corrected order information.
